The cookies this site sets, what each one is for, how long it lasts, and how you can accept or reject them at any time.

1. About this policy
jit.delivery (the “site”) is owned and operated by an individual supply-chain practitioner (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Cookie Policy explains what cookies the site uses, why, how long each one lasts, and which ones are set only if you agree. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we handle your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
We keep cookies to a minimum. The site is a set of free calculators, and the numbers you type into a calculator are processed entirely within your own browser; they are never sent to us or stored in a cookie.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website, or a service the website uses, asks your browser to store on your device. On a later request the browser sends the file back, which lets the site recognise your device: for example, to keep the site secure or to count visits. Some cookies are set directly by services that help us run the site (“third-party cookies”), which are described in section 4.
We group the cookies on this site into two kinds:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required to serve and secure the site. Without them the site cannot function safely, so they are always set and do not need your consent.
- Non-essential cookies: everything else, which on this site means analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. These are set only if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
3. Your consent, and how to withdraw it
On your first visit, the site shows a cookie-consent banner. The banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and the option to reject is presented as prominently as the option to accept. Non-essential cookies (the analytics cookies in section 4) are set only after you accept them. Strictly necessary cookies are always set, because the site cannot be served or secured without them.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it. To change or withdraw your choice, reopen the cookie-consent banner using the “Cookie settings” control on this page and select reject. Withdrawing consent stops further non-essential cookies from being set; cookies already stored can also be cleared from your browser at any time (see section 7). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of anything done while your consent was in place.
Because your consent choice itself has to be remembered, the consent tool stores your preference on your device. This is a strictly necessary function; it is what lets the site honour a “reject” and not ask you again on every page.
Our consent banner is self-built, the same implementation as our sister site outofstock.in. Your choice is stored in your browser as a localStorage entry named consent_v1 (not a cookie), recording whether analytics is granted or denied and the date of your choice. It is valid for 3 months, after which the banner asks again. Choosing Reject means Google Analytics never loads; dismissing the banner without choosing stores nothing, keeps analytics off, and the banner reappears on your next visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control on this page; withdrawing after accepting removes the _ga cookies where the browser allows and stops any further analytics loading.
4. The cookies this site uses
The tables below list the cookies the site sets, grouped by whether they are strictly necessary or need your consent. Cookie names and durations are taken from each provider's own documentation and were checked on 4 July 2026; providers can change these, so the live cookies in your browser are the authoritative record.
Strictly necessary: security and delivery (Cloudflare)
We use Cloudflare as our content-delivery network, DNS, and security provider. To tell legitimate visitors apart from automated abuse, Cloudflare may set the following strictly necessary cookie. It is required to keep the site secure and is set without consent.

Cloudflare may also set further strictly necessary cookies for specific security features (for example, rate-limiting) only when those features are triggered. The current list is maintained in Cloudflare's own cookie documentation.
Non-essential: analytics (Google Analytics), set only with your consent
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand in aggregate how the site is used, so we can improve it. These cookies are non-essential and are set only after you accept analytics through the consent banner. If you reject or withdraw consent, they are not set.

The suffix in the second cookie name is this site's own Google Analytics measurement identifier. Google Analytics does not store directly identifying information such as your name in these cookies. The underlying analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal data. If we ever add another cookie-setting service, we will update this policy and the consent banner before it goes live.
5. Analytics without cookies: Cloudflare Web Analytics
Alongside the security and delivery role described above, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure how the site performs for real visitors. Its script is injected at Cloudflare's edge and runs on every page load. It is enabled with the setting that excludes visitors in the EU, so the script is not injected for them.
Cloudflare Web Analytics stores nothing persistently on your device: no cookies and no local storage. A transient identifier for the page load exists only in memory, so that the two measurements sent for a single page view can be joined; it does not persist after the page closes and cannot be used to track you across pages or visits. It does not fingerprint you from your IP address, browser user-agent, or other attributes.
6. How long analytics data is kept
Separate from the lifetime of the analytics cookies above, the usage data collected through Google Analytics is retained for the period set in our analytics configuration, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised. The retention period is the one stated in our analytics configuration at the time of collection. Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of data involved and your rights over it under the DPDP Act.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
Alongside the consent banner, your browser gives you direct control over cookies. You can view the cookies stored for this site, delete them, and set your browser to block or limit cookies. The steps differ by browser (look under Settings, then Privacy), and the browser's own help pages explain how.
Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working or being served securely. Blocking or clearing the analytics cookies has no effect on the calculators, which run entirely in your browser.
8. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we change the services we use or as the DPDP Rules are brought fully into force. The current version will always be published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Where a change materially affects the cookies we set or your choices over them, we will reflect it in the consent banner as well.
